- Pick up your bear within 15 days of the ready-for-pickup email or it will be considered abandoned
Cancellation Policy
No refunds; all reservation sales are final. Reschedule once free of charge at least 1 hour before your reservation. No-shows cannot reschedule.

FAQs
For bookings from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, participants must be ages 13+ and accompanied by a supervising adult. For bookings starting at 7:00 PM or later, ages 21+ only.
Your bear needs up to 15 days to dry in the studio. Pick it up within 15 days of the ready-for-pickup email; unclaimed bears are considered abandoned.
