Itinerary
- Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your reservation start time for the check-in process.
- At check-in, please provide a government ID that matches the name of the reservation and sign our liability waiver.
- Begin your demo lesson with a short FAA SFAR Awareness Training from your instructor that will permit you to touch the controls in the R22.
- Receive a 15 minute guided instructional session in our FAA-approved flight simulator.
- Proceed to the helicopter to receive a safety briefing and embark on your 15-minute flight lesson over Long Beach.
- Return to Long Beach and receive your signed certificate. Flight time logged during your flight can be used towards a helicopter license!

Important details
- Arrive at least 15 minutes before your reservation time
- Bring a government-issued ID matching the reservation name and sign a liability waiver
- Wear closed-toe shoes
- Weight limit: 220 lbs/99 kg with clothes and shoes; weight verification is required on arrival
- Exceeding the weight limit means you cannot fly and are not eligible for a refund
- One demo flight only; previous demo-flight participants cannot fly again
- Drug- and alcohol-free participation is required; signs of impairment prevent flying
Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 72 hours before start for a 90% refund; cancel 48–72 hours before for a 50% refund. No refund within 48 hours or for no-shows. Weather, temporary flight restrictions, or aircraft maintenance: rebook or refund at no extra charge.
