Yes. Optional round-trip shuttle service is available from Anchorage and Girdwood hotels and bed-and-breakfasts. Anchorage shuttles run daily April–October and on weekends November–March.
Dress in comfortable layers and prepare for inclement weather; glacier landings are typically 10–15 degrees cooler than the base. Bring sunglasses and a fully charged phone or camera. In winter, wear warm layers, winter boots and a winter jacket, plus a hat and gloves.
