- Operators must be at least 18 to operate alone; ages 16–17 need a valid driver’s license and a parent or guardian on board
- Wear a life vest at all times if you are age 12 or under
- Keep a valid credit card on file for damages or additional charges
- Expect sales tax, a $20 cleaning fee, and a fuel surcharge that varies; these charges are not included in the listed price

Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before your rental for a full refund minus a $25 cancellation fee. No-shows and cancellations within 48 hours are subject to the full reservation cost. Full refund if staff cancel due to unsafe weather conditions.
