Important details
- Ages 6–12 only
- All children must be accompanied by supervising adults
- Arrive at least 15 minutes early for check-in, gear, and party-room setup
- The reservation cardholder must bring matching photo ID for check-in
- If the reservation cardholder is absent, another participant must provide a credit card and matching photo ID for any session add-ons
- Student-grade paint may chip and flake over time
- Mini bears need up to 5 days to dry and must be collected within 15 days
Cancellation Policy
No refunds; all reservation sales are final. Reschedule once free of charge at least 1 hour before your reservation. No-shows cannot be rescheduled.
