Sail the Kona Coast to Kealakekua Bay, home to the Captain Cook Monument and a protected marine sanctuary. Snorkel among tropical fish and coral, relax on deck, and watch for dolphins, turtles, manta rays, and seasonal whales.
All guests entering the water must be able to swim without flotation; maximum weight for water entry is 300 lbs. Children 4 and under may not enter the water and must stay onboard with a parent or guardian. Full-face snorkel masks are not permitted and the vessel is not wheelchair accessible.
What is parking like?
Validated parking is available at the Courtyard Marriott King Kamehameha Kona Beach Hotel, and a free municipal lot is nearby on Kuakini Hwy.

What should I bring?
Bring a swimsuit, towel, reef-safe sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, and a camera. You may bring your own snorkel gear if you prefer.
Can I bring my camera?
Yes, cameras are recommended for coastline views and possible wildlife sightings.
Are kids welcome on the tour?
Yes. Only children ages 5 and above may enter the water and must know how to swim. Children 4 and under must remain onboard with a parent or guardian.
Will my things get wet?
There is ample dry storage, but items may get wet. Use dry bags or protective cases.
Will I have cell phone service?
Service is limited to none in and around Kealakekua Bay.
