- Present a valid photo ID on arrival
- Complete the required waiver before departure
- Requires unassisted swimming, treading water, snorkeling experience, and climbing a boat ladder unassisted
- Requires understanding verbal instructions and safety briefings in English
- Weight limit 275 lb
- Not suitable during pregnancy or with back, neck, or mental health problems
- Arrive wearing a swimsuit and bring a towel, reef-safe sunscreen, sandals, phone, keys, and wallet in a small football-size bag
- Life jacket rental/cleaning fee is $10; free for ages 12 and younger
- Optional rentals, subject to availability: upper-body wetsuit $15, fins $20, shorty wetsuit $30, waterproof phone case $30
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 72 hours before departure for a full refund. Parties of six or more must cancel at least seven days before departure. No refunds for no-shows. Receive a full refund if the operator cancels due to weather, mechanical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
