- Follow local traffic laws and ride at your own risk. You are responsible for damage or theft of the rented bike unless optional insurance is purchased
- Arrive 10 minutes before your reservation time. Late check-in may reduce your riding time; your rental will not be extended
Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 72 hours before start for a full refund, 24–72 hours before for a 50% refund, or less than 24 hours before for no refund. For unforeseen circumstances such as weather that prevents riding, you receive a full refund or credit if you're visiting from out of state, or credit if you're local.
