Immerse yourself in private waterfalls, tranquil streams, scenic coastlines, and rugged valleys in North Kohala. Start with an off-road drive to an exclusive trailhead, then enjoy a relaxed, guided walk through a private reserve.
Expect about 1 mile of hiking over 1.5 to 2 hours with roughly 200 ft of elevation gain on uneven terrain. Conditions may be cool, wet, or muddy. Hawaii law requires proper child safety seats; car seats and boosters are available on request.

Water temperature varies by season and rainfall and ranges between 60 and 70 degrees F.
Are child safety seats required?
Yes. Hawaii's Child Passenger Restraint Law requires that children up to age 10 who are under 4 feet 9 inches tall be properly secured in a child safety or booster seat. Children age 2 and under must ride in a rear-facing car seat. Those between the ages of 4 and 10 who have not yet reached 4'9" must use a child safety seat or booster. Car seats, booster seats, and backpack carriers are available upon request.
