Cancellation Policy
Receive a full refund when you cancel at least 48 hours in advance for parties of 9 or fewer, 72 hours for parties of 10–19, or 7 days for parties of 20 or more. Full refunds are also provided if the operator cancels. Refunds are not available for late arrivals or motion sickness.
