- Operating the boat requires motorized boating experience, including docking
- Operators born after January 1, 1982 require a boating safety certificate from a National Association of State Boating Law Administrators-approved course
- Keep a working, fully charged cell phone turned on during your rental
- Return the boat by the contracted time; after a 10-minute grace period, a $250 late fee is charged to the credit card on file
- Expect a $40–$80 cleaning fee for a boat returned excessively dirty; tax is not included in the listed price
- No tubing, waterskiing, pets, stoves, or grills
- Alcohol consumption by the driver is prohibited

Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 72 hours before your reservation for a refund. Full refund only for hazardous weather on the reservation date, including heavy rain lasting more than 45 minutes, lightning, tornado warnings, or high-wind advisories. No-shows are charged in full.
