Important details

- Minimum height: 4 feet 6 inches
- Weight limits by height: under 5 feet 7 inches, maximum 175 pounds; 5 feet 8 inches to 6 feet, maximum 200 pounds; over 6 feet, maximum 220 pounds
- Wear boots or closed-toe shoes
- Sign your rider waiver before the activity
- Wear jackets rather than tying them around your waist. If you wear a hat, make sure it fits securely enough to stay on in windy conditions
- Arrive at least 15 minutes before departure. Allow extra travel time for Los Angeles and Malibu traffic; rides cannot wait for late arrivals
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are refundable and rides can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before your ride. With less than 48 hours' notice, no refunds or rescheduling. If the operator cancels due to weather or horse health, your ride will be rescheduled or fully refunded. If you miss your ride due to late arrival, no refund or rescheduling.
