FAQs
Individual passengers must weigh under 300 lbs (136 kg), and groups of up to three must have a combined weight under 580 lbs (263 kg). Expect a day-of weight check; exceeding either limit means you cannot fly and are not eligible for a refund.
Bring identification matching the reservation name and payment information. Provide an emergency contact name and phone number for someone not flying with you, initial the safety briefing, sign a liability release, and complete a day-of weigh-in.
Keep your seatbelt fastened. Do not stand, put hands or feet outside the helicopter, scream, yell, argue, or speak over the pilot. The pilot may end the flight early if conditions become unsafe.
