Cancellations more than 72 hours before travel are fully refundable. Changes and cancellations are not accepted within 72 hours of departure. No-shows are charged in full and are non-refundable. Flights canceled due to weather or uncontrollable circumstances may receive partial or full refunds for the unused portion.
