- Travel to and from the pumpkin patch by hayride only; walking is not allowed
- Download your QR code before arrival and have it scanned at the ticket booth to receive hayride tickets
- Join the hayride line during your reserved 30-minute time slot; a hayride is not guaranteed after your time slot
- Take a return hayride before the final hayride leaves the pumpkin patch at 5pm
Cancellation Policy
Cancel or rebook up to 1 hour before your scheduled hayride. Receive a full refund if the hayride is canceled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged the full price.
