Important details
- Requires boat ownership and at least 2 years of consistent boating experience; a boater's license alone does not qualify
- Born in 1988 or later? A lifetime safe-boater course and safe-boater card are required
- Experience may be verified at pickup; rentals can be refused if requirements are not met
- A $1,000 security deposit is required at pickup and released when the boat returns in the same condition
- Fuel is not included. The boat leaves with a full tank, and you will be charged for the fuel used when it is topped off at return
- All riders staying aboard for the full rental must sign a general release at the office

Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 7 days before your rental for a full refund, except single-day rentals have a nonrefundable $100 deposit. Within 7 days, no refund is given; your rental may be rescheduled or kept as credit for 1 year. Multi-day rentals receive no compensation for weather-related lost days.

Your boat rental accommodates up to 8 people. If you bring your own diving tanks, every 2 tanks count as 1 person toward the limit.
Fuel for your boat rental must be purchased at Captain Pip’s Marina, unless arrangements were made in advance for a weekly rental.
The rental may be refused if your experience does not meet the requirements, and a refund will be given.
