Receive a full refund with at least 48 hours' notice. A minimum of 8 passengers is required; if not met, your excursion will be rescheduled or refunded. Private charters receive a full refund with 7 days' notice. Receive a full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
