- Wait to board until your entire party has arrived
- Life jackets are required for children under 14
- No smoking or pets aboard
- No red wine, cranberry juice, balloons, sparklers, confetti, production equipment, lighting, or DJ equipment
- Keep glassware in the galley
- A credit card authorization is required under the charter terms
- If charter time is extended, an additional $75 per 15 minutes applies and is not included in the listed price

Free cancellation up to 3 days before start. Cancellations or no-shows within 72 hours are non-refundable. If you end the charter early, the remaining balance is non-refundable. Severe weather warnings within 12 hours may require rescheduling.
