Bring a few tablespoons of cremains. Bring a water bottle or other beverage, and eat a meal or snack beforehand.
Wear closed-toe shoes. The studio can be warm, so wear loose, removable layers.
Arrive 15 minutes before the class. Arrivals more than 15 minutes after the start time forfeit the class and count as a no-show.
