• Anyone born on or after January 1, 1999 needs a valid NASBLA-approved Maine Boating Safety Education Card to operate this boat
• Children ages 10 and younger must wear a life jacket under Maine law
• For overnight rentals, return by sunset; nighttime boating is not allowed
• Use safe, secure dockage with at least 4 feet of water depth
• Fuel is not included in the listed price; the boat is refueled on return and you cover the fuel used
• A $2,500 credit-card authorization hold applies at rental for potential damage
• An optional tube and rope costs $35 per day and is not included in the listed price
• Pets are allowed for an additional fee not included in the listed price
