Important details

• Arrive 30 minutes early for parking, a walk to Watersports, and boat-operation and safety instructions
• Ages 21+ with valid photo ID only to rent and operate the boat
• Children 13 and under must wear a life vest; anyone in your party who cannot swim must wear a supplied life jacket
• A refundable $200 security deposit is required for incidentals and is not included in the listed price
• A liability release is required and covers your entire party
• Daytime use only; the boat is unavailable during the Christmas Boat Parade and for holiday-light viewing
• No pets, fishing, swimming, smoking, or beaching the boat
• Keep fenders on both sides when docking and pass under the highest point of the bridge when leaving the lagoon
• Expect charges not included in the listed price: $50 cleaning, $30 per 15-minute late increment, $50 tow/rescue, and $25 for missing safety gear
• Expect damage charges not included in the listed price: $175 for a broken prop, $300+ for hull damage, and $500+ for windows or Surrey top/stanchions damage
