Know before you go
- Ages 4+ only; ages 17 and younger require a parent or guardian age 18+
- Requires independent swimming without flotation or physical assistance, plus basic snorkel experience or comfort learning in open ocean
- Requires comfort in open water at night and during extended time in the water
- Requires climbing the boat ladder independently and entering the ocean freely; the vessel is not ADA accessible
- Children ages 12 and younger must wear a life jacket while onboard
- Wetsuits are not included but are recommended
- Weight above 250 lbs may make ladder use, standard gear fit, or staying afloat more challenging
- Not recommended for recent surgeries or back, neck, shoulder, cardiovascular, high blood pressure, or severe asthma concerns
- Unreturned equipment may be charged to the card on file: wetsuit, life jacket, or mask $50 each; ankle floats $30; snorkel or gear bag $20 each; dry storage box $15
Cancellation Policy
Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather, mechanical issues, or unforeseen events. Cancel at least 48 hours ahead for a full refund; groups of six and private tours require 7 days. Cancellations within 24 hours may receive a full refund if the spot is resold. No-shows are charged full price.
FAQs
Pack lightly because boat space is limited. Bring a prescription mask if you use one; prescription masks are not provided. Leave towels and extra clothing in your vehicle.
Do not touch, chase, reach for, or kick the manta rays. Observe them respectfully, even if they come close.
Use a restroom at check-in. A changing area is available; arrive in your bathing suit under a cover-up to streamline check-in.
