Your 8-hour tour generally departs between 8–11 pm and returns between 3–6 am, depending on the season and forecasted conditions.
Yes. You’ll get an aurora confirmation call between 3:00–5:00 pm on your tour date, and you must respond by 5:30 pm to keep your tour. If you don’t confirm by 5:30 pm, your seats may be released and you may be considered a no-show.
If conditions are overwhelmingly unlikely to be successful, the team will work with you during the confirmation call to reschedule, based on availability.
