Cancellation Policy
Cancel or change up to 48 hours before your tour for a full refund. No refunds for late arrival, no-show, or last-minute cancellation. If dangerous conditions require cancellation, you get a full refund or can transfer to another date. Tours will not be cancelled due to rain.
