A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your group booking. Trips will not operate in unsafe conditions such as high winds or thunderstorms and may be rescheduled. Wear clothes you do not mind getting wet and bring a towel.
Cancellation policy
A $200 non-refundable deposit is required and is only refunded if Glow Paddle cancels for weather. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable and the full balance will be charged. If unsafe weather occurs, the group will be offered a refund or the option to reschedule.
