What should I bring?
Please dress for the weather. Personal water bottles are encouraged during the hot months.

What about parking?
There is ample street parking in downtown Pensacola. Free parking can be had at the city's Commendencia Street Lot on the south side of Main Street, two and a half blocks from your meeting point. Paid street parking is available all throughout downtown. Payment is at streetside kiosks or by app. It is $1 per hour and the first half hour is free. The Jefferson Street Parking Garage is one block from Palafox Place and is part of City Parking. Memorize your license plate for both app and kiosk. These have BLUE signs. RED signs are for private parking lots. These are more expensive than city parking but can be more convenient.

Should I tip my guide?
Tipping is always highly appreciated but not required. Our guides are trained by the historians who own/manage Go Retro Tours and work hard to ensure you have the best experience possible.

Is this tour wheelchair accessible?
Yes. Wheelchairs, strollers, personal mobility scooters can navigate the sidewalks and streets of downtown Pensacola. Some sidewalks can be uneven so please be aware of the pavement whether walking or on wheels.
