Know before you go
- Arrive 15 minutes early; late arrivals do not receive extended session time
- Ages 5+ only; from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, ages 13+ only with a supervising adult
- Starting at 7:00 PM, ages 21+ only
- Bring a valid photo ID matching the payment card used for the reservation; if the cardholder is absent, a participant needs a credit card and matching ID
- Take your 16 x 20 canvas home after the session; the studio cannot store it
Cancellation Policy
All sales are final; no refunds. Reschedule once at least 1 hour before your reservation. No-shows cannot be rescheduled.
FAQs
Children under 5 are not permitted, including non-painting visitors. From 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, all participants must be 13+ and accompanied by a supervising adult. Sessions starting at 7:00 PM or later are 21+ only.
Dress accordingly, as the provided protective gear may not fit all sizes. The Pour Experience includes a protective suit, gloves, shoe covers, and a hair cap; request goggles if needed.
Open Bar access is available as an add-on for one person during the 1-hour experience.
