- A renter age 25 or older is required; passengers of all ages are permitted

- Park vehicles in the dedicated parking lot on Lacys Ln; parking-rule violations incur a $250 charge per car
- Return to your vehicle after the rental; loitering at the marina in front of the Golden Mast incurs a $50 charge per person or item

Cancellation Policy
All sales are final and nonrefundable if you cancel. Weather affecting more than 50% of your scheduled rental time may be rescheduled to an available Monday–Thursday, at no extra cost, on the day of your booking. A full refund is available if an owner-caused boat issue or negligence ends your rental early.
FAQs
A valid boater's license is required if you were born after January 1, 1989, unless you are accompanied in the motorboat by a parent, legal guardian, or designated person age 18+ who holds a valid boating safety certificate or was born before January 1, 1989.
Arrive 15–20 minutes early for the safety briefing and introduction to pontoon operation, which are included in your rental time. Arriving more than 30 minutes late forfeits your rental without a refund.
Wear a life jacket at all times while using the boat. Children age 13 and under are legally required to wear a life jacket while aboard.
