Things to know
Must be 25+ to rent; boater’s safety license required if born after 12/31/87. Up to 10 passengers; no towing, smoking, grilling, night operation, or Gulf of Mexico; designated sober driver required. Arrive 45 minutes early; not wheelchair accessible; weather calls made at departure and rentals stop if winds average over 19 mph; fishing requires a Florida license. Guests must present a valid credit card at check-in for payment of the fuel consumption charge.
Cancellation policy
Free cancellation up to 72 hours before departure. Cancellations 25–72 hours prior incur a 50% charge. Within 24 hours or for no-shows (30+ minutes late), 100% charge applies. Operator may cancel for unsafe weather with a refund. If the captain cannot demonstrate required boating skills on-site, the rental will be canceled without refund. All weather decisions are made at the marina at meet time.
