- Ages 25+ only to rent; proof of age is required
- Requires an experienced captain who can operate, park, and dock the vessel in a slip
- Bring a valid driver’s license and a boater’s safety certificate if born after December 31, 1987
- Complete a boat rental agreement before departure
- A designated non-drinking driver is required
- A Florida fishing license is required if you fish
- Fuel is not included in the listed price; consumed fuel is refilled and charged to the card on file
- A card remains on file after the rental for fuel charges and potential damage charges
- Stay out of the Gulf of Mexico and follow the navigation limits around the Florida/Alabama line and Navarre Beach
- No towing, nighttime operation, smoking, or grilling aboard
- Alcohol is limited to ages 21+; glass is not allowed aboard
- Requires walking to the dock and boarding and disembarking from the bow; not wheelchair accessible
- Rentals stop when average wind speeds exceed 19 mph; weather decisions are made at departure

Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 72 hours before departure without penalty. Cancellations 25–72 hours before departure are charged 50%. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are charged 100%. Arriving more than 30 minutes late is a no-show. Full refund if the operator cancels due to unsafe weather.

FAQs
You must be an experienced boat captain. You will get pre-rental instruction, but if your captain cannot demonstrate operating, parking, and docking the boat in a slip, your rental can be canceled on site without a refund.
Yes. The boat departs with a full tank, and fuel is refilled after you return and charged by the gallon to the card on file. A card is also kept on file for fuel and in case of damages.
Stay out of the Gulf of Mexico. You must also stay east of the Florida/Alabama line and west of Navarre Beach.
