Your own tubes and splash pads are not permitted; use tubing and splash-pad equipment rented with your pontoon rental. Paddleboards and inflatable kayaks are not permitted. You may bring inflatables for lounging, but inflate them yourself.

Smoking, drugs, alcohol, pets, swimming while the engine is running, tying up with other boats, and barbecuing or bringing hot items such as pots, pans, or camping stoves are not permitted.

Cancellation Policy

All sales are final and nonrefundable if you cancel. Weather affecting more than 50% of your rental time may be rescheduled to an available Monday–Thursday at no extra cost; weather cancellations are decided on the day of booking. Booking complications or force majeure do not qualify for a refund or rescheduling. Full refunds apply if an owner-caused boat issue or negligence ends your rental early.

FAQs

If you were born after January 1, 1989, bring a valid boater's license. Alternatively, you must be accompanied in the motorboat by a parent, legal guardian, or designated person age 18+ who has a valid boating safety certificate or was born before January 1, 1989.

Arrive 15–20 minutes early for the required safety briefing and introduction to the pontoon's basic operation. This briefing is included in your rental time.

Life jackets must be worn at all times while using the boat. Children age 13 and under are also required by law to wear one at all times on board.
