Cancel less than 24 hours before flight or no-show 40 minutes prior: billed full price. If you cancel less than 24 hours but rebook: $100 service charge. Late check-in (30 minutes prior) and reschedule: $100 fee. Weight limit 275 per passenger; over limit: you pay full cost. Total party weight over 700 lbs may cancel with no refund; 700–750 lbs on this tour adds $200 refueling fee. Online booking fee is non-refundable.

Arrive 40 minutes before your reservation time. If you arrive 15 minutes late, you cannot fly.

Your entire group is weighed on arrival; if total party weight is 700–750 lbs on the Big Island Experience, a $200 refueling fee is automatically added. If total party weight is greater than 700 lbs, the tour may be canceled and the full cost may be kept.
