Cancellation Policy
Cancellation is free with more than 72 hours' notice. You'll receive a 50% refund with less than 72 but more than 24 hours' notice. No refund with less than 24 hours' notice; no-shows are charged full price. Unsafe weather or wind requires rescheduling. If the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you'll receive a full refund or credit.
