• This is a bareboat charter. Crew, fuel, insurance, and any maintenance or repair costs are your responsibility and are not included in the listed price.
• Optional crew gratuity is not included in the listed price; the suggested amount is 10%–20%, settled by cash or Venmo.
• Complete the charter agreement if you made the reservation. Share the participant waiver with everyone in your party and have each person complete it before departure.
• Under the bareboat agreement, you're responsible for selecting your crew, the vessel's safe navigation, and liabilities associated with its use.
• Remove your shoes before boarding. Keep all glassware in the galley.
• Do not bring red wine, cranberry juice, chocolate cake, or other items that could stain the yacht.
• No smoking, balloons, confetti, sparklers, production equipment, lighting equipment, or DJ equipment is allowed.
• Boarding begins only after your entire party has arrived. A late arrival does not guarantee an extension; if the stop time is extended, an additional charge of $75 per 15 minutes applies and is not included in the listed price.
