Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations at least 7 days ahead or within 24 hours of booking. Otherwise, cancellations within 7 days cost $135/hour for 1–6 or $285/hour for 7+, excluding tips and extra guests. Use the full cancellation charge toward a rescheduled visit; up to 3 reschedules are free. Rescheduling within 24 hours may cost $50. No-shows incur the full reservation charge and cannot reschedule.
