Cancellation Policy
Full refund if canceled at least 7 days ahead or within 24 hours of booking. Otherwise, cancellation within 7 days costs $135/hour for 1–6 or $285/hour for 7+. You can apply the full charge to a rescheduled reservation, up to 3 times free. Rescheduling within 24 hours of start may incur $50. No-shows are charged the full reservation amount.
