• Arrivals more than 2 hours late may result in loss of the rental
• No pets, smoking, vaping, loud music, barbecues, fire pits, glass, or outside catering
• Do not add overhead coverage over the sand space in front of the cabana
• Use painter's tape for decorations; staples or strong adhesives may incur a $25 cleaning fee
• Dispose of trash and leave the cabana in the condition you received it
