Cancel at least 48 hours before your lesson for a full refund. Rescheduling requires at least 48 hours' notice. If you arrive late, your lesson still ends at the scheduled time. You'll receive a full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged the full price.
