Important details
- Ages 8+ only
- Minimum height: 4 feet 6 inches
- Weight limits by height: under 5 feet 7 inches, maximum 175 lbs; 5 feet 8 inches to 6 feet, maximum 200 lbs; over 6 feet, maximum 220 lbs
- Wear boots or closed-toe shoes
- Sign the rider waiver before the activity; each participant must sign
- If you bring a jacket, wear it rather than tying it around your waist. Any hat must fit securely enough to stay on in windy conditions
- Arrive at least 15 minutes before your lesson. Allow extra travel time for Los Angeles and Malibu traffic
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations at least 48 hours before your ride are refundable and eligible for rescheduling. Within 48 hours, no refunds or rescheduling. If the ranch cancels due to weather or horse health, your ride will be rescheduled or fully refunded. No refunds or rescheduling if you miss your ride due to late arrival.
