- For your first lesson with this operator, arrive at least 30 minutes before the lesson. For returning lessons, arrive at the scheduled start time.
- If you arrive late, your lesson still starts at the scheduled time.

Cancel at least 24 hours before your lesson for a full refund. You'll also receive a full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged the full price.
