- Pickup and drop-off are unavailable at Chena Hot Springs Resort, in Pleasant Valley, or at locations more than 20 miles in a straight line from Fairbanks. Pickup is available at Borealis Basecamp, near Cleary Summit, and in North Pole
- Taking part means agreeing that photos of you or your group may be used for advertising or promotion. Photos of anyone under 18 will not be posted online

Cancellation Policy
Full refund if you cancel at least 72 hours before your original departure. Clouds alone do not mean cancellation. If the operator cancels for weather or other conditions, you'll receive a full refund. Once pickup begins, no refunds apply, even if no aurora or photos are provided. An accepted rescheduled date is nonrefundable; declining a reschedule qualifies for a full refund.

Yes. All ages are welcome on the private aurora tour, including children under 13.
Expect a text in the afternoon or early evening with your pickup time. Timing depends on darkness and auroral activity.
Dress for cold weather and consider renting winter gear during the colder months; cold-weather gear is not included. Bring snacks, water, and any coffee or energy drinks you want for the night. The vehicle is heated, but aurora viewing is best outside.
