    Cancellation Policy

    Cancel 7+ days before the tour for a full refund. No refunds within 7 days. A 20% deposit is due at booking; remaining balance is auto-charged 7 days before the tour. If booked within 7 days, cancel within 24 hours for a full refund; no refunds after 24 hours.

    Bring only what you can carry, plus sunscreen and water. Pack comfortable, closed-toed shoes. If you plan to swim at the waterfall, bring a bathing suit, towel, and a change of clothes.

    Do not bring more than you can carry. Plan to keep your belongings with you—nothing is left in the van to help prevent theft.

    Only one malasada per guest is included. Coffee or breakfast, lunch, and any additional snacks or drinks beyond the included malasada are not included.
