Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 14 days before the charter for a full deposit refund. Within 14 days, the deposit is owed; within 48 hours, the full charter amount is owed. If the captain cancels due to unsafe weather or sea conditions, rescheduling will be attempted; receive a full refund if it cannot be rescheduled.

From mid-September to mid-May, paid parking is available at Cabrillo Isle Marina, but spaces can fill quickly. From Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day, marina parking is unavailable on Saturdays and Sundays; use rideshare where possible or park at the adjacent Sheraton Hotel.
