Important details
- Bring a photo ID.
- Not wheelchair accessible.
- A hiking backpack carrier is required for children ages 2 and younger.
- Pets and service animals are not allowed.
- If the booking name differs from the name on the payment card, the cardholder must be present at arrival. Bring the original payment card and the cardholder’s valid photo ID.
- Wear closed-toe shoes. Sandals, open-toed shoes, and shoes with heels are not allowed.
- Leave bags, backpacks, fanny packs, hydration bags, and purses behind; child carriers are permitted.
- Do not bring tripods, monopods, selfie sticks, GoPros, or other action cameras.
- Do not bring firearms, weapons, or drones. Smoking is prohibited.
- Do not scatter cremated remains within Navajo Nation Parks.
- Be ready for pickup 60 minutes before your scheduled tour time. Check in at the canyon site at least 45 minutes before your scheduled tour time. Late arrival can result in losing your seat; departures will not wait.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 5 or more days before your reservation for a full refund, or 3–4 days before for a 48% refund. Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable. If canyon operators cancel due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, choose to reschedule or receive a full refund. No-shows are charged the full reservation price.
