• A $2,500 credit-card authorization hold is placed at the time of rental for damage
• You are responsible for secure dockage with at least 4 feet of water depth and protection from wind and waves
• For overnight rentals, nighttime boating is prohibited; return by sunset
• Maine law requires children age 10 and under to wear a life jacket
• If born on or after January 1, 1999, operating this boat requires a National Association of State Boating Law Administrators-approved boating safety course and a valid Boating Safety Education Card
