Cancel more than 72 hours before your reservation for a full refund. Cancel 24–72 hours before for a 50% refund. No refund for cancellations less than 24 hours before.

Plan your bike rental between 10 am and 6 pm Monday through Friday, or between 10 am and 7 pm Saturday and Sunday.
If weather prevents riding, out-of-state visitors receive a full refund or credit toward a future visit. Local visitors receive credit toward a future visit.
