- Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled tour time; check-in closes 25 minutes before departure
- Complete the online waiver before arrival for every driver and passenger
- Drivers must be ages 18+ and present a valid driver’s license at check-in
- Requires good physical health
- Wear protective eyewear while the vehicle is moving; glasses are available at check-in for $5 each, not included in the listed price
- All riders must wear a DOT-approved helmet
- Combined vehicle weight limit is 500 lbs
- Optional Limited Loss Damage Waiver coverage costs $20 per Smart Cabriolet and is not included in the listed price
Cancellation Policy
Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before start for a refund, less a 10% cancellation fee plus booking fees. No refund within 48 hours or for no-shows, including inability to operate the scooter safely during training. Weather cancellations are decided based on road safety and are not subject to a cancellation fee.
