Cancellation Policy
Cancel over 48 hours before for a full refund on request; over 2 to 48 hours before for studio credit valid 6 months from booking. Within 2 hours, no refund or credit. Parties of 6+ incur a 25% cancellation fee. A rebooking fee applies. Weather cancellations receive studio credit. Without a declared weather emergency, standard cancellation terms apply.
