Important details
- Ages 9+ for single kayaks and stand-up paddleboards. Ages 5+ for tandem kayaks; children under 9 must ride with an adult.
- Single kayaks require a weight of 45–250 lbs. Stand-up paddleboards have a 250 lb weight limit; tandem kayaks have a combined 550 lb limit.
- Pets are not allowed on rental equipment.
- Wear the provided life jacket at all times on the water. Do not bring glass containers.
- Plan to arrive 15–30 minutes early to sign waivers and prepare. Be ready 10 minutes before your reservation time.
Cancellation Policy
Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable and not for resale. Your reservation may be canceled or rescheduled in severe weather, including storms, strong winds or unsafe water conditions.

Wear athletic clothing over swimwear, with closed-toe shoes or sandals with secure straps.
Bring water—16 oz per hour is recommended—plus SPF 50+ water-resistant sunscreen and polarized, UV-protective sunglasses with a retainer. Bottled water is available to buy separately. If you bring a camera or other electronics on your kayak or paddleboard, the operator is not responsible for loss or damage.
