Important details
- Arrive 20 minutes before your rental for paperwork and a safety orientation
- Rentals operate during daylight hours only and must stay within the designated map area
- Children ages 12 and under must wear a life vest at all times on the water
- You must be at least 18 to sign the rental agreement and operate alone
- Operators ages 16–17 require a valid driver’s license and a parent or guardian on the watercraft
- A valid credit card must remain on file for damages or additional charges; you are responsible for damage during the rental
- Sales tax is not included in the listed price
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before your rental for a full refund less a $25 cancellation fee. No-shows and cancellations within 48 hours are charged the full reservation cost. Full refund if staff cancel due to unsafe weather.
