Know before you go
- Arrive 15 minutes early for check-in and gear-up
- Expect late arrival to reduce your paint time
- Ages 6+ only
- Children ages 6–15 require an adult age 18+ on the studio floor at all times
- Bring a valid photo ID if you are the cardholder who booked the experience
- Complete the required waiver before participating
Cancellation Policy
All bookings are final sale and non-refundable. You may reschedule up to 48 hours before your scheduled session. Requests within 48 hours are reviewed at the studio's discretion.
FAQs
Wear clothes you do not mind getting paint on. Closed-toe shoes are recommended.
Ponchos and gloves are provided. Goggles are available on request.
The cardholder who booked must attend and bring valid ID for check-in. If the cardholder is absent, the card on file is refunded and a new form of payment is required for admission.
